This document explains how Devel Blockchain (Devel Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ 41.863.367/0001-16) collects, uses and protects personal data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
1. Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect: full name, email, company (optional), project type (optional) and the message you send us. We also automatically log the request IP and user agent for security purposes.
2. Lawful basis
- Consent (LGPD art. 7º, I): used for the contact form (explicit checkbox) and for analytics cookies (only after you accept the cookie banner).
- Legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7º, IX): used for security logs and fraud prevention.
3. Retention
- Form leads: 24 months from the last contact, or until you request deletion.
- GA4 analytics cookies: maximum 14 months.
- Security logs (IP, UA): 6 months.

5. Your rights
Under LGPD art. 18 you have the right to:
- Confirm processing and access your data
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- Anonymize, block or delete unnecessary or excessive data
- Portability to another provider
- Delete data processed under consent
- Revoke consent at any time

7. International data transfer
If you accept analytics cookies, your anonymized behavior data is transferred to Google LLC servers in the United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses (LGPD art. 33, II / GDPR art. 46).
8. Security measures
TLS 1.2+ on every page, IP-based rate limiting on the contact form, honeypot anti-bot, restricted access to leads log (server-side, no public route), and HTTP security headers (X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, X-Frame-Options).
